New Characters
Connor Owens: He will appear for the first time on the episode 4x02. He threatens Damon by having an envelope with notes that he kept hiding for years. Also he wants something that Tyler knows (Klaus??) and knows something that Tyler wants very badly (they know who the curse is activated and where exactly the stone is)
Pastor Young: He will appear for the first time on the episode 4x01. He hates vampires and threatens Meredith that he will tell everyone that she uses vampire blood to heal her patients. Also he will capture Damon and use him as a bet to catch Stefan too.
April Young: She will appear for the first time on the episode 4x02. She is the daughter of Pastor and comes back to Mysic Falls for her fathers funeral !!!
