Yes, we saw Stefan punching Damon on the trailer of the second episode. But we have to say that he kind deserves it - he has been punched in the face since he firstly had said to Stefan that he knows how to hurt him. In the end of the second episode Stefan makes sure that Damon has been included in a very emotional gesture.

Yes, we saw Stefan punching Damon on the trailer of the second episode.
