Who’s getting married ? Who’s having (tons of) sex? Watch this new trailer for a look at the drama to come on ‘Grey’s Anatomy!’ Do you hate linear storytelling? Good, because the next few episodes of Grey’s Anatomy are giving Lost a run for its money in terms of time-jumping. A brand new trailer reveals that we’ll get to see — once again — what really happened in the aftermath of the horrific plane crash, and it’s more devastating than anything we’ve seen so far. 

Here’s a quick rundown of the five spoilers revealed in the trailer: 
1. Arizona (Jessica Capshaw) made Callie (Sara Ramirez) promise her she wouldn’t amputate her leg, which she obviously did. 
2. Derek’s (Patrick Dempsey) hand goes “numb” during surgery, and he doesn’t take it well. 
3. Cristina (Sandra Oh) isn’t just “running away” from Seattle Grace — she’s “fleeing!”
 4. Jackson (Jesse Williams) asks April (Sarah Drew), “Do you want to get married?” 
5. Derek and Meredith (Ellen Pompeo) celebrate their survival with a sex marathon.
